A little Pauillac for the price of a Haut Médoc!  Standing opposite the beautiful estate of Chateau la Bernadotte which has passed through the hands of the Roederer Champagne house, Vincent Bougès constructs his tiny production gems.
 
The wine has a beautiful, deep, ruby color that combines with purple accents on the edge of the glass. With aromas of dark fruit and toast, and well-structured tannins that are also expressed on the palate. It leaves a long, expressive, pleasant taste typical of wines from the left bank of Gironde.  Pair with Grilled or roasted red meats (ribeye steak, lamb chops)
