92 Decanter, 92 Jane Anson
 
Aged in the oak barrels formerly used by this Grand Cru Classé of Sauternes.  Procedures in the vineyard are organic and rival that of the top Sauternes houses.
 
This 202 l hos a golden deep strow colour with delicote reflections. The first nose expresses itself with grilled notes, lemon and oronge zest. When oired, notes of white peoch and white flowers emerge.  The palote is dense and full with a tense debut through to a persistent and long finish. The ogeing reinforces the flovour and aromos of the wine, which finishes on notes of fresh, condied citrus fruit..
 
Paired with scollops carpaccio, poultry and mature cheeses.
