Château Les Vimières Haut-Médoc
 
Just 3 km north of Château Margaux and to the east of Paveilde Luze, stands a hidden 0.45-hectare parcel of 70-year-old Merlot vines. They have been in the Boissenot family for longer than anybody can remember, producing only 1200 bottles of this confidential wine each year.
 
The vineyard is cultivated with respect for tradition, drawing from the character of the region while reflecting principles often seen in organic vineyard practices.

The Wine
Château Les Vimieres reveals a dark colour with aromas of red fruit and notes of dark cherry. On the palate, it is remarkably balanced with elegant tannins and a long, refreshing finish. 
 
Produced in limited quantities, this wine highlights the authenticity of its terroir and the careful approach to viticulture, with a growing emphasis on biodynamic wine techniques that enhance purity and expression.
