Since the mythical times of Roman Gods, Italian culture is anchored to the sky. Constellations have been driving humans announcing the future, helping the sailors out on the sea or the farmers inland to make key agricultural decisions. “Astrale” is for us a powerful blend of history and myth, a connection to the distant past when daily life was dependent on the worship of Gods, Stars and Emperors.
 
The nose unravels fruity aromas of forest fruit and dried plums together with black pepper and coffee. Round, warm and full body supported by velvety tannins, bringing together different layers of flavours.  The richness of Astrale pairs well with any kind of meat, sour dishes and aged cheeses.
