Chateau Lassime

Château Lassime is a small wine estate handed down from father to son by the Lainé family since 1874. Patrick Lainé is the current owner. The vineyard, certified in organic farming since 2013, covers 11 ha. It is located in Entre-deux-Mers, not far from the Butte de Launay, the highest point in the Gironde.
The remarkable terroir benefits this property whose wines have been scored by every year, for 5 years, among the 30 best vintages of its appellation. The appellation Bordeaux Supérieur is part of the region of Bordeaux from France which include Château Lassime and its 1 cuvées. Spread over 80% red wines, but also 11% white wines, 9% rosé, this region is 6 million hectolitres per yer (80% red wines + white wines (dry, sweet and fortified), clairet and crémant rosés).
