Tasting Notes: White flowers and nasi pears and white peach on the palette. Soft, rounded and full bodied white, with soft acid. Harvest is mechanical and performed at night time to keep the grapes cool in order to be sure that the fermentation begins in the tanks and not in the vineyard and the grapes are completely de-stemmed.
Aged in stainless steel tanks (on lees for the whites).
