From the sandy side of Saint EMilion, the soils here bring beautiful freshness to the wines.  Just 3000 cases are made at this charming little property and they are always spectacularly rated.
 
Beautiful purple, ruby color.  The nose presents notes of fresh blackcurrant and red fruits, a hint of vanilla and spice (pepper). The palate is round and supple on the attack, it evolves with character on firm and powerful tannins to finish on subtle roasted notes.   Try with a mushroom and truffle risotto. The wine's earthy notes beautifully complement the umami-rich dish, creating a harmonious flavour profile.
